The Builders

Nuline Construction is a volume builder with multiple projects completed since 2014. Their focus is on building houses on a commercial scale for both large and small developers, as well as one-off tailored builds for residential clients. This has resulted in a range of homes from small modular units in Otahuhu, to bespoke, multi-million dollar homes in Westmere. Their company was also one of the select few building companies chosen by Housing New Zealand and Creating Communities to work on the biggest evolution of social housing in Auckland—the Tamaki Regeneration Project. Now, they are joining us in building the River’s Edge waterfront properties, for sale now.
Nuline is a member of Registered Master Builders (RMB). All of their contracts and procedures are provided by RMB, meaning they are standard industry practice. Along with their promise of standard industry practice, they also offer a 10-year Registered Master Build Guarantee with all houses they build. This gives new homeowners the peace of mind that their home will be built to an extremely high standard. But should anything happen with materials or workmanship, the RMB Guarantee also covers clients for 10 years.
Ultimately, their priority is to strive to be New Zealand’s leading building company. At the core of their business is a focus on quality, speed and maintaining relationships with their clients, which has made them the perfect selection for our team. With these three principles they have demonstrated an uncompromised work ethic, and have brought a large selection of new homes and apartments to the Auckland market for many years to come.
